The application process can be as short as 2 days

• A bachelor’s degree/ a valid diploma or proof of graduation
• Proficiency in speaking English language with a neutral accent
• NBI clearance, and a government-issued ID
• Experience in teaching English to young learners or foreigners (ESL/EFL) is an advantage.
• A teaching certificate like TESOL, TEFL, etc. or a professional teacher’s license is preferred.
• A quiet and well-lit space in your home with a plain white/or clean background.

• A computer (i.e desktop or laptop)
• Operating System: Windows 7 or above or Mac
• A headset with an extended microphone and noise-cancelling features
• A webcam with at least 720p resolution
• A wired DSL Internet connection of at least 5 Mbps

• Lesson in E-learn is one-on-one and 25 minutes to 50 minutes long depends on student’s choice.
• You can set your own teaching schedule from 6:00 am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday.
• It is advisable that you are available to teach during peak hours to get more learners.

We offer you a booking platform. You open your available teaching slots and when a learner books you for the lesson, all you need to do is study provided lesson material by E-learn and enjoy teaching it. To inspire your learners you are free to use your own teaching aids like pictures, video, or educational toys to make your lessons more attractive and effective.

E-learn pays the teachers based on teaching experience, dedication, and teaching performance.
Teachers are classified into 8 bands and the higher bands you are, the higher salary rate you got.
You can also earn more based on the number of successfully conducted lessons.
You can earn up to PHP 80,000 per month plus performance bonus and other incentives such as referral incentive, performance awards, etc.
